I do like my new stand, it is so convenient to be able to work on a model from all positions, from small to large airplanes it works very well, very large planes can be worked on if you have the room, you just have to watch your ground clearance when reorienting the plane. The only complaint I had was that the wood clamps were hard to move, this was when it was new, so I used a piece of “canning wax” and rubbed down the sliding surfaces which improved the movement of the clamps but also as it works in with age it gets better, one thing I did was to install a electrical connection on the lower stand vertical tube, I use it for power tools and a movable clamp on LED light. I highly recommend this stand!

This RC airplane stand exceeded my expectations. It’s solid, easy to adjust, and makes working on models much more comfortable whether I’m sitting or standing.
